What's the difference between a strategy session and a discovery call?At ACM LAW GROUP, a discovery call is a 15-minute introductory call to go over the basics of your legal needs and introduce you to the law firm. A strategy session is an hour long Zoom meeting during which time we will go over your legal needs in depth and create an action plan to move forward. Discovery calls are $30 and strategy sessions are $250. The cost of both will be applied to your balance should you retain us.

What happens if someone files a trademark for my name before I do?They may gain legal rights to stop you from using it—even if you used it first. The sooner you file, the better.
